Looking at the screenshot, how can I possibly loose weight if I eat the allowed amount of calories? I would think 2500 would be the limit.

@1911Matt- a couple of things. Default eating is set to sedentary, and at any point in time it assumes you're going to do nothing else for the rest of the day. So, looking at your numbers it's assuming that you're going to burn 4600 calories by the end of the day.
There's no guarantee that your numbers are 100% accurate, especially with higher burn days. What I usually do is pick a number and stop eating at that point. Back when I was calorie counting (taking a little break) I was burning 3000-4000 a day. I would stop at either 1000 calories down up to 2500. So if I burned 3200 calories I would eat 2200. If I burned 4000 I would eat 2500. That gave me fairly consistent weight loss. Burning 4500 a day I might go to 2750, but that's just me. I usually just suggest that people pick a strategy, do it for a number of weeks and see what happens.
Oddly enough, I would find that slower weeks when I burned a little less I might have better weight loss. I suspect some of it was water retention from muscle soreness. I would rest for a couple of days and the weight would come off.
