How can we manage insulin resistance. Can fitbit help us to manage insulin resistance and how we can increase insulin sensitivity

hey there @PHS273 .. insulin resistance is a medical condition that is either pre-diabetic, or type 1 or 2. Fitbit is not a medical device so it cannot measure insulin, but you can track it. Here is a blog that explains how. To measure you would need to consult with a physician who can recommend a glucose meter for you to help you manage your sugar. You can however use your fitbit as a supplemental tool. you can log food in the app so you can see what you have eaten. if your sugar is high, low or just right, you can determine the best food portions and combinations. You can also track your activity to determine the days where your sugar was high, low or just right if you were in the right activity zone or you need to make adjustments. Hope this helps.
