By "daily calorie lost", I assume you mean "daily calorie deficit", i.e. the difference between your total daily energy expenditure (= "calories burned") and your daily dietary intake. If you use Fitbit to estimate your energy expenditure, it will indeed use your weight (in addition to your age, gender and height). However, the daily changes in your weight (which are perfectly normal) have a very small impact on the estimate of your energy expenditure. In other words, just enter whatever number you see on the scale, and move on to your other businesses for the day.
