I am 6', female, 166 pounds. I've lost 134 pounds. I've dropped from a 3x to a medium and from 42c to a 36c. However, my midsection measures 39 inches. I currently wear size large shorts and pants. I plan to drop another 15 pounds. My legs, arms, face, etc are so thin that I do own a juniors XL dress. I'm in a women's medium coat.
I walk, sometimes hike, 5-6 times a week from 5-8 miles. Do I have to hope that my body will attack my stomach fat in the last 15 pounds or?
Any advice?

Your belly fat is the last and hardest to go. Smetimes it wont. But you can not spot reduce any area.
Do you do any strength training? Its not all about Cardio.
Planks are good for the core.
You have done very well in your loss! Congrats!

I do not strenght train on a regular basis. I hope to get a TRX system soon to help train for future mountain climbing quests. I climbed Mt. Kineo on the advaned trail recently. That is a nice mix of cardio and strenght.
Best AnswerGo to Youtube and check out Blogilates. Her name is Cassey and she has a variety of short but effective workouts so you can mix and match. Take a look at some of her ab ones and that'll dig deep to that muscle. I'm in a similar situation trying to get that tummy toned 🙂 Congrats on your success!
