I love to workout while watching Biggest Loser. Tonight's activity is to hula hoop during the show and reverse hooping during commercials.
What's your game plan?

That is awesome! I run in place during commercials just to get in some extra steps and exercise. Great show!

I also like to do crunches, leg lifts and biceps curls, etc either while watching or during commercials.
