I went to Disneyland today and got about 22,000 steps (my normal is about 15,000). Given that I'm trying to lose weight, would you recommend increasing my calorie intake today? My normal goal is about 1400 kcal/day and Fitbit is recommending 2200 based on today's activity --- it just seems like a lot!

I wouldn't change your eating habits. Your body stores energy in the form of fat for just such occassions where you expend more than normal. As long as you aren't making a habit of it, your body doesn't need you to do anything differently.
