The recipe for weight loss is simple: eat less than you burn. No "weight loss supplements" are needed.
The Hydroxycut site claims that "average weight loss with key ingredient (C. canephora robusta) was 10.95 lbs. in a 60-day study with a low-calorie diet, and 3.7 lbs. in a separate 8-week study with a calorie-reduced diet and moderate exercise."
Then, they refer to the full study showing that "green coffee extract induces weight loss and increases the lean to fat mass ratio in volunteers with overweight problem".
So their "key ingredient" is in fact green coffee extract. Big deal. There are a lot of more important things that affect weight loss.

I am not a fan of any weight loss supplement. I worked with my doctor to develop a reasonable diet that would accomplish my weight loss goals while maintaining a healthy diet for my Type 2 Diabetes. She suggested that I set a goal of losing 1 pound a week, and not more. With her diet plan an my exercise plan, I lost 1 pound a week until I got to my desired goal.

Please don't waste your money. There isn't a magic pill, potion or body wrap that will do the work for you- you have to do it. If you think about this- you are going to take the stuff and be super vigilant about what you eat. Well just do that without taking processed crap and you will lose weight.

A multivitamin will be more helpful than Hydroxycut. I took Hydroxycut before and all it did was give me the shakes and the preworkout mix made me feel like I was going to have a heart attack, even though I worked out for 2 full hours at high intensity. I like GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Active multivitamins. It does not have iron and contains lots of Vitamin D, C, and has Carnitine.

Weight loss supplements like Hydroxycut are just a "quick fix."
The only way to truly lose weight and live a healther lifestyle is to cut back on sugars, sodas, etc, eat more fruits and veggie, and exercise regularly. I find the best was for me is to track my food. I've lost about 50lbs in the past year and just got my FitBit a couple days ago. I'm hoping it kicks me in gear because I have my sister's wedding this summer! 🙂

I exercise 4 to 5 days a week, depending on what programs I am doing. Since April last year, I have been doing a mix of videos from Fitness Blender, and am about to finish the last week of BeachBody's T25 Alpha cycle.
I do not eat very much. For breakfast I either just have a cup of coffee, sometimes with a 2 slices of toast or 2 soft boiled eggs.
For lunch, I eat regularly. And for dinner I don't eat any carbs. So mostly meat and vegetables.
To date, I have only lost around 4kgs since I started in April last year.

I think @AshMarie83 said it: she tracked her food.
Exercise in itself won’t cause weight loss, or the amount of weight loss you’re after. You need to create a suitable deficit, which is determined by how much you eat and exercise.

NO! BAD!
Seriously though, don't take any weight loss "pills". They can have bad side affects and aren't the way to go.
There is no quick fix to a healthy lifestyle. You have to work hard at it and most importantly, do it for yourself. If you want some tips on where to start send me a message.
