Good morning. I am new to fitness tracking, and to this community. I'm curious as to what time of day experienced app users hit the "zone", where you become on target to achieve you daily calorie deficit. I believe I am overdoing it with too much running and not enough eating, so my daily deficits are too large. Contrary to what I would have thought, this (I think) is stalling my weight loss, and even possibly causing small gains. I have a lot to learn, and I seem to be seeing that larger deficits than what the app recommends are not favorable to weight loss and are quite possibly unhealthy. Thank you for any insight you can provide.
Best Answer@JScott1 I moved your post to the Manage Weight forum. I think it is a better fit for this topic and you will get more feedback from other users. The Community has several different forums in the Health & Wellness forum. If you think a different forum is a better fit, I can move it there.
