Maintained weight but dropping bf

Hey all,

So since April 24, I'v lost 17.5kg and from 25% bodyfat to 7%, For the past month Iv maintained my bodyweight but my bodyfat keeps going down and muscle going up.

Whilst I am very happy with getting to single digits bf, I really dont want to drop more bf. 

How to healthly bump up the bf? I train 12 hours a week with rest and my day job is office based.
