Thanks @Ginikramer for sharing a great article! My take-away is the need for on-going vigilance, and to adopt activity and healthy eating as a lifestyle rather than a temporary intervention.
One thing that occurs to me without being a total Fitbit fanboy is that its technology and app provides the means for the necessary vigilance.
