Hello All!
I have been on my weightloss journy my entire life it seems like, but recently I started a program called Isagenix. I have to say I have never felt so amazing and seen results like this with any other diet. The plan has both good an bad reviews, people even say it is a scam/cult. This could not be futher from the truth. I used to sit at my desk at work hungry and tired, go home and sit on the couch and watch TV. Now I am alert at work, never starving or thinking about my next meal and when I go home I have the energy to play with my puppy, clean my home and do projects. Working the program, using my awesome fitbit and Myfitnesspal together has changed my life in so many ways! Is there anyone else on this program or thinking about it out there? I would love to connect with people!

I had a friend who talked about Isagenix for about a year before actually trying it. It seriously changed her life. She is now one of the most fit, skinniest/slimmest, energetic, and happiest person I've ever known. I've always wanted to try it myself but the price holds me back. But now that y'all are talking about it, it's got me wanting to try it ... 🙂

The price held me back at first as well however, if you think about the money you spend at the food store a month on junk food it comes out to be less. I am actually saving money and making money being on the program. It didn't plan on getting involved with the selling part because I have a full time job, but the thought of helping others feel this way is starting to think I should. If you have any questions let me know. I am also apart of an amzing facebook group that give so many great recipes, help and support with the program. The greatest think about this program is that you see results immedialty and not just 1 or 2 pounds a week. I lose an average of 5 pounds a week. My first week I lost 10 pounds!

Those before and after photos are amazing! You have done a wonderful job in 8 months. No matter what happens, do not slp back and start re-gaining weight.
I would like to make a suggestion. I think you should use free weights. Now that you have taken off a lot of the fat, if you start putting on lean muscle you will look fit and toned. Your entire body will look good in a dress or anything else you want to wear. Do not be shy to look at what the men are doing in the gym. I know it can be intimidating to use free weights and dumbells. They are much better than machines because they utilize several muscles instead of just one. If you put on 3 pounds of muscle, it will also help you keep the weight off.
I do not know if you have a gym membership yet. If you do - start hitting the free weights a minimum 2 days a week. If you do not have a membership, go to Walmart or Target and purchase some dumbells (5, 10, 15 pounds.) You will be glad you did
Here is a tutorial YouTube Videos I suggest you watch:

Thank you! I do still use Isagenix products because I love them so much. The protein shakes, eshots, slim cakes, isafruits and isagreens are my favorite. Oh and Ionix. Lol. Who am I kidding! I love all the products!
Thanks for the suggestions too! I'll definitely have to check out the video!

Those are my favorites too! The eshots are simply amazing I can power through anything after having one of those. Have you tried the wheat thins? I got them and it was the only thing I did not like from them so far. Do you eat anything on cleanse days? I heard some people have veggies for dinner on these days.

I have done Isagenix before and loved the program...not doing it as of now. Question though...how does it work with fitbit? I guess you ignore your defecit? Or do you just do your own program on Isagenix? I have always done the 30 days...thanks!

I am doing the 30 day program. I only notice the defecit in the morning. Right now I am on a cleanse day and currently "in the zone". It may depnded on what your fitbit goals are too. I do 10k steps a day. I also use the fitbit has a way to keep moving during the day and reach a fitness goal. I use myfitnesspal for calorie counting and nutritional information.

I was hesitant too! I waited a year. It changed my life! I now have released 111 pounds, 174 inches, and am an Isagenix Executive! I say try it. You ARE worth it! I am so glad I said YES!
