It happens to everybody and it's awful!

that being said, just stay your course and the plateu will end it's just your bodies way of catching up, the best way I have found, is to change up your workout a little if you usually walk do a class or a video at home the body gets used to the same movement and needs a little shock once in a while and throw in some weight training that should give you a boost. Good Luck!

2 weeks isn't a plateau - at least 4 weeks is.

And that's with accurate logging of food to know you did indeed have a deficit to what you burn daily.

Because as a woman your BMR literally changes through the month, so need to wait that long.

So stop changing things up, and stop stressing about it.

Those two things can cause you to gain water weight related to stress. Or with new exercise retained water to aid in repair.

And are you only logging weight at valid times? If doing invalid times, need at least a month to see a direction through all the noise.

Only valid weigh-in is morning after rest day eating normal sodium levels, not sore from last workout.
