Hi,
Right I have my wedding day on 23rd August this year ahhhhh!
My starting weight was 257lbs and Iam currently 141lbs-Total loss of 116lbs 🙂
But I need help I just can not seem to move the last couple of pounds, I would like to be 133lbs by my wedding. I am 5f 6 and 27yrs female, I work out alot normally 4days where I will do cardio running and the other days I go on my bike and do weigths. I normally consume around 1200cals aday sometimes less.
If anyone has any advise I would be very greatfull as I feel like Iam doing everything I can.
Thanks 🙂

Congratulations on your engagement and wedding! I'm engaged and will be married next year so I know the stress of trying to lose the pounds before the wedding. As far as what to do to lose the last pounds, it's going to take mostly cardio to get the weight off. Now you may not get to exactly 133 just because know your body is at a point where its going to start building lean muscle. You may begin to see yourself loses some inches off the waist without the scale moving and that is perfectly fine!

The physiology formula for weight (female) is 3.5 times height (in inches) less 108.
That makes your athletic weight objective 123 lb. (with 10% to 20% body fat), and to be that
weight, you would consume 1,295 calories per day (add a one a day multi vitamin/mineral to
make sure that's taken care of). Use exercise calories, not to eat more, but for weight loss.
Congratulations on your weight loss - that's quite an achievement.

Hi,
Thank you both for your comments and help. I will take them all on board, just getting so frustrated with the scales saying no change 😞 but I now the inches are going as my wedding dress has had to be taken in. I will start to take all my measurents and hopfully that won't make me fill so disheartend.
Thanks,

You've got 8lbs to go and there's still time.....try not to stress over it too much. Eat well, keep up the exercise and get plenty of sleep. You will be a beautiful bride on your big day. Well done on your weight loss achievement.

Are you possibly at too much of a caloric deficit for your activity level?
You didn't say how much cardio you're doing on the days that you do (and I would consider biking to be cardio, depending on how you ride), but you might be overstressing your body if you're taking in 1200 calories max and doing a lot. That can cause your body to stop or slow weight loss.
The good thing is that you have plenty of time. The wedding is still two months away. That's less than half a pound a week. Don't stress!

Thank you all for the encouraging words 🙂
I have cut down on the cardio this weekend and started doing a higher level of weights, I love running so have swapped the bike for weight days 🙂 Also I allowed myself to have extra calories over the weekend and was still well wthin the green.
So was very nervous to step on the scales this morning but 3lbs down 🙂 🙂 OMG I can't believe eating more and cutting back on cardio as helped me lose weight, I feel so good and will keep this new routine going this week and let you know how it goes. 5lbs to go whoop whoop.
Thank you guys 🙂
