Does Fitbit use the WHO food pyramid as its sauce for good nutrition?
I have recently started the Keto diet back in February this year and have Currently lost 15kg (55lbs). Not only the huge benefit of weight loss but the huge gain in extra energy is fantastic. I’m 67 and able to do HIIT Exercises, my brain function is clear and overall mental heath has improved that I now don’t take antidepressant anymore. 
would love to know if the Fitbit community has had the same results

Not aware that Fitbit promotes any particular guide or diet, but they evidently are for healthier living.

I think the tools they provide will support most approaches though, including Keto. Whatever you prefer, there is likely some thread here where you can find some like-minded folks.

 

I do HIIT too, and I like it; it has surprisingly positive results for the amount of time it takes.

 

I don't prefer Keto, but I do respect the results others get with it. I think what matters is what you do after you get to your target weight. At some point with Keto (or any classical diet), is that you eventually have to stop doing it, and then what do you do?

Thanks for your comment, much appreciated. The benefits of keto is that
weight loss is a side effect of the ketosis I’m more interested in avoiding
type 2 diabetes, liver issues and brain health and there is clear evidence
that ketosis does improve general health
