I need help getting back on track with my eating. Since I have been home working I have gained 8 pounds. I want to lose 10-15 pounds. I am hiking around 3x a week but not working out since the gyms have closed. I am short and have always had to watch my eating habits.

You are blaming eating on being at home.
You need to do the same as when you were going to the office. It should not change. Reel it back in. Make a plan and stick to it.
Blaming work out on gym being closed
Youtube. Many different exercise routines.
Take your life back and find things you can replace at home for workouts etc.
Dont blame it on because they are closed...Do it for you

I agree with most of what you said!! I need help getting back on a healthy
food plan. Need to stop snacking all day long and eating things I never use
to!!
Working from home is definitely a challenge. The kitchen is just so close. And early on, we are all loading up on shelf stable snack foods because the grocery shelves were going bare. But now it is time to adjust for the long haul. Dump the snack foods. Think about planning out your meals a couple days at a time. And plan to eat certain times of the day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner maybe ;-). Try to stick to those times, and DON’T eat at other times. And don’t skip meals. (Ice water tea/coffee w/out a lot of milk and sugar between meals is okay). It is easier to not snack between meals if you eat a reasonable amount when you do eat.
