Logging in Fitbit

I have been good at logging my meals in Fitbit.  I have eaten less than my caloric amount but right on target. (not starving). Is there anyone who is having success with this?

I am the worst at logging my meals, but I'm hoping to be better this go round because I'm going to try to meal prep and eat pretty similarly each week. I'm so proud of you for being so good at logging. My mom and I used to log a few years back and found it very helpful for doctors appointments and when working out to make sure we weren't over eating or under eating and to show the doctor exactly what we were eating. I actually prefer using cronometer and syncing it --- because it gives more details on the vitamins --- which is important to me as I don't like to take supplements so I want to make sure I'm hitting all the t's and dotting all the i's in the nutrition area.

 

How are you feeling about your logging this far -- after a couple of weeks? What kind of health journey are you on?

I'm working on losing weight. I get my new fitbit in a few days and am excited to do some friendly competitions and find some people to encourage on their journeys as well.
