Looking to get some Fitbit friends, so that we can help each other out and keep up the motivation of losing weight would be great to have some motivational help

I am looking for friends for motivation and support too. I have lost 25 pounds about a year ago and the rest isn't coming off as easily.

That sounds fantastic I lost 3 stone a couple of years back but have put it in and walking and making sure I hit targets was hiw I did I last times it sounds ideal

I just started fitbit so still getting to know it.  I work out x6 a week for at least 35 min's mostly weights to Chelene video's and walk dogs x2 a wk but that will increase as weather improves here in the little WA.  Been serious since April 9th, not seeing anything but feel good because I know I'm on the right trail.

I have done 6578 steps today and aming for 10,000. I only have 323 calories left and its dinner time. Going to have lean cusine, 300 calories, and get on the eliptical until I reach 10,000 steps. Tough because I am hungry and I  know the lean cusine is not going to fill me up. I did input a snack after dinner (already part of my daily total), so I will be able to have a snack around 8:30pm. I have been very active all day, but am afraid I will eat more before the 8:30 deadline. Any suggestions?

I find a good bit of grilled chicken and some cous cous usually keep me full with a wee bit of hot sauce on the side! Or a baked potatoe with baked beans u can just get it over 300 calories have u got any cook books?? The hairy dieters are great for low calorie filling meals I love it.

Thanks for your reply. It's 9:24pm here and I am able to have my snack (I had already added it before) and I made it to 10,232 steps. I notice that now my Fitbit says I have 500 calories left.

Hi Dani I am fairly new to fitbit as well and have just learned how to send friend requests. I am looking for friends that would like to challenge and motivate each other to aid is weight loss. Feel free to add me as a friend or anyone else that would like some motivation.

Hi! Ive just gotten my Fit Bit and my aria scale. Im 36 and Ive just found this year that the weight just doesnt come off like it used too. argh! I find myself needing to lose about 15-20 lbs. I dont know how this happened! All the things that I used to do just are not working anymore and I need to mix it up. I could really use some help! I would love some help and motivation. Id love to join this group! How does this work?

Would also like to join group. It's my second day and completed two day of 20,000 steps. My goal is 10,000 steps a day. I have 35 lbs to lose. I am doing the low carb program this is the only program that seems to work for me. I'd love to have a buddy. I'm also sticking to small portions and not more than 1500-2000 a day.

I've had my fitbit over a week and have yet to hit 10,000 in a day, 6000 has been my highest. Any words of wisdom?

I find going for a wee walk before doing anything else in the day, an hours walk slow usually gives u nearly half of your ten thousand then it should add up during the day after that.
