Welcome aboard @Ohhhkare Heart Smiley Happy

You'll meet many friends on your journey.

Are you using a normal weight scale which only displays weight? When there can be body fat loss, and with exercising your muscles are growing, the weight loss can have been compensated by a increase in muscle mass.. getting leaner.

Body fat can be taken from anywhere on the body, not necessary all from your tummy.

There are natural fluctuations as well:

  • Eaten to much salt, there can be water upkeep (weight / body fat can be lower but not being noticed);
  • Eaten more due having done lots of exercise, eaten more, having a few pounds of food remnants (of previous day(s) inside your tummy? There can be weigh loss, but the total weight itself won't tell..);
  • De(hydration), body holding onto water, body fat % can be lots lower on the scale, on the other side when being dehydrated, body fat % can be shown higher than usual..;

In addition to a scale, notice if your clothes become bigger, measure your tummy weekly.. take pictures and see changes..

Stay active (walking..).. to keep your muscles moving and preventing muscle mass loss (and possible gain muscle mass).. weight loss must come from body fat, not muscles or water loss..

Changing food habits gradually where desired, listen to your body when it's hungry, when feeling satisfied (not stuffed), eating to nourish, not out of boredom or loneliness.. (even if the food plan tells to eat x hundreds calories or lots of calories can be eaten but not hungry yet.. trust your body, use a plan as guidance.

When not feeling hungry, honor your body and don't force feed it..

Try listening what your body truly wants when needing nourishment (being hungry), it's not all about calories but the nutritients it contains matter more. Does your body wants a cup of coffee for example, may be it desires to have a certain piece of fruit, a salad,.. anything else.

Don't restrict any foods, that can lead to binge eating and having more of it at the next opportunity..

Aim to eat 90% healthier nutritient rich foods (if your body desires), and 10% anything else. Everything in moderation.

Be patient, everything is possible. Never give up.
