Hey everybody!
So...I've been back using a Fitbit for a couple of months after my old one died (and I couldn't afford to replace for about 2 years because of getting married, moving a lot, etc.). But I'm ready to up my game.
I'm competitive, but I'm also goal-oriented and need neat packages for completing things... So I decided to do some kind of 30-day health/fitness/weight-loss challenge.
My body is uber muscular naturally, so something like 50 pushups a day doesn't do anything after about 2 days. I have to PUSH myself to see any kind of differences in weight, health, etc.
Any suggestions for things to do?

@RitaJP I think you can probably look up a ton of 30 day challenges on line or pintrest. but what happens after the 30 days? do you start over, a new one or are you done? If it were me recommending something, I would choose several different workouts that I could change up during the week to keep it interesting and work various muscle groups.
