i only get about 9000 steps in during the week because of work. i sit most of the time. i do get up and stretch and sometimes stand at my drafting table. quick little walks to the copier. LOL. i'm up for a challenge.

When I work I average around 15,000 steps in the day, So would love the challenge of doing more when Im not working.
I am slowly getting back into running and biking.

you go girl! I don't get near that amount unlest i am on my harley and forget to take my fitbit off. LOL. i was a smoker and have celebrated by year anniversary. I just like getting motivted. i don't think i could do 15000 in one day though especially this time of year.

i wonder why it says "recovery runner" under my name? i was never a runner. bad knees from skiing. i do a 5k once in a while but walk it.

@finsup1017- that is just a fitbit ranking that is assigned based on your involvement in the community. it will change the longer you hang out here...
