Looking for fitbit friends

I have had my FB for about 6 months with the goal of losing 30 pounds. I sit at a desk all day and need to get more movement into my life. Unfourtnately, my motivation is lacking to help acheive this goal. I currently do not have any friends on FB and was hoping a few people could add me. I need to be held accountable and some encouragement.

Believe in your wonderful body and yourself. Be happy where you are now, stay positive, everything's possible, keep believing, make healthier but do-able choices like changing a piece of cookie for a more nutritient rich option which keeps feeling satisfied for longer like a piece of fruit..

It's about changing habits, when knowing not wanting to keep on exercising after reaching the 'healthier you' (those changes in food choices, exercise must remain to not revert back to old habits and more likely to keeping the extra weight of.

Walking is a natural exercise, choosing to use the stairs rather than the elevator, when going shopping and going by car, parking at the furthest spot to get that extra bit of walking..

Foods eaten also determine the changes happening inside our bodies.. food provided by nature as minimal as processed as possible are the best for our bodies, you don't want anything inside your wonderful body which contains added chemicals not being able to pronounce..

It's possible to enjoy all foods when desiring to, however everything with moderation.

Factory made foods like cookies are made so they taste delicious, even when having one and being satisfied, it can be a trigger food, wanting even more from.

Eating unprocessed natural foods makes satisfied quicker, our bodies less likely wanting more from when having enough, preventing overeating.

Foods like cookies,.. are also higher in calories while providing not many nutritients for our bodies, when eating those first, our bodies can be lacking nutritients while having eaten plenty already, still being hungry, seeking for more food until having all nutritients it needs (leading to over eating when not careful).

Aim to eat healthy during the day if knowing for example having a cookie leads to having more, saving the cookie when really wanting to if wanting a cookie and have for example in the evening while not being so hungry anymore to be satisfied with one instead of more and preventing possible binge eating when restricting a certain food for to long.

Never restrict any foods, have everything with care.

A food guide is used as guidance (when using), try tuning into your body when it's hungry, which food it seeks and how much.. when getting a signal having enough, not needing more. Even if there's hundreds of calories left, your body can have all nutritients it needs, not needing more. Your wonderful body knows the best, wanting to be (revert to) at a healthy weight range on it's own, when not eating out of boredom, loneliness,.. but eat to nourish (stop when satisfied not stuffed), having nutritient rich food 90%, 10% anything else (everything with moderation).

Honoring your body when not needing more. If eating time (family..) and feeling not wanting to eat or your going to have to force feed yourself, don't force feed your precious body and eat when really being hungry again or when feeling needing to have more.
