I also have a Flex. Isn't it a great tracker? I've had mine for about a year or so and it has brought awareness to me on how "active" I was and how I have been improving.
What has been your experience with the Flex?

That's great @slycooper94! I haven't lost that much weight, however, it has helped me a lot with my health. I have high blood pressure and I needed to do something about it. Now, I feel much better and it's easier to workout, walk more or even get off the couch by just looking at how my progress is doing for the day.
Do you have any friends or family members using a Fitbit tracker?

That's cool. Well, It's been great. At first it was hard to get used to wearing it every day, sometimes I would even forget to putting it on, but now, I feel weird if I'm not wearing it.
I've been more active even though I don't have a specific exercise routine. What helped me the most is tracking my active minutes instead of my step count. ![]()
