I've lost over 100 lbs since 2018 - most of it during the first 3 years. In January this year I decided to start a clean bulk and started lifting regularly. I'm now 1 month into my first cut and have planned out my next 8 months. Mainly looking for friends that lift, run (C25K), or bike to help me stay on track. I'm on Strava, Fitbit, C25K and maybe other cool apps.
