I know this topic is discussed frequently on this board. And there's a lot of science behind both. I thought this lecture was enlightening, and it will help explain why those of us who are on a low-carb diet do so well. If you're open minded you will appreciate the topic. I have no problem with what you said,
I disagree with it as a suitable diet for me, but different strokes for different folks.
But there are a few posters who just turn every thread in to a rant on "clean eating", "complex carbs" and "leafy vegetable", regardless of wether the poster is a 600lber looking to lose weight or a 60lber who want to compete in worlds strongest man.
