I am trying to figure out how to use the Fitbit Macro Nutrient Chart to aid me in a diet plan. I am 50 and would like to loose weight. I have been fit most of my life (naturally) and this is the first time I have struggled with my weight. Is there a program that works with Fitbit that is "age" and "goal" appropriate that will give advice as to the % of Carb/Fat/Protein good for a gender, age and goal weight?
