I know macros are individually different for everybody, is there a way to adjust the macro setting in IOS? When I log my food, I am usually either 'Over Target' or 'Under Target', but I would like to adjust the percentages to my body. Any suggestions?

I know it’s not what you’re asking, but here is my take on macros & percentages: there are no "ideal" percentages for your body, unless your activity level is the same everyday. Protein should be based on your bodyweight (or, more precisely, your lean bodymass), while carbs should be based on your activity (more carbs on very active days, less carbs on not so active days) and fats should fit the rest. Unless you are a proponent of a low-carb approach, in which case fats become the fuel and carbs kept to a bare minimum.
