@BrownBecca45  I recommend you to create a Food plan, that will help you. If you already have one of them, I recommend you to modify it in order to avoid losing your weight.

At this time the Dashboard only supports creating a goal for weight loss. You can continue to use the Food plan tools to monitor your caloric intake and burn to aim for a calorie maintenance instead of a deficit.

@lucky91xj asked a similar question in this discussion. You can go there and participate in the forum thread.

Let me know if I can do something else.

Hi Edgar and Becca, I noticed that my thread was referenced in your convo and wanted to weigh in on my experience over the last few months since I received my answer from Bob. I have been able to keep my weight at a level by adding between 100 and 200 calories a day to what my Fitbit says I have burned. With that being said, I do still count calories on LoseIt.com and I'm very happy using both tools. Way to go on getting to maintenance!

@lucky91xjThanks for sharing your experience with us! That's pretty awesome, I know @BrownBecca45  will think the same.

At the beginning, to be honest,  I didn't think that adding more calories could work to maintain weight but has given me great results with my training so far. I just want to be fit Smiley Happy

P.S. Hope to see more people sharing their thoughts here. Have a splendid day!
