@BrownBecca45 I recommend you to create a Food plan, that will help you. If you already have one of them, I recommend you to modify it in order to avoid losing your weight.
At this time the Dashboard only supports creating a goal for weight loss. You can continue to use the Food plan tools to monitor your caloric intake and burn to aim for a calorie maintenance instead of a deficit.

At the beginning, to be honest, I didn't think that adding more calories could work to maintain weight but has given me great results with my training so far. I just want to be fit
