Managing weight

Fitbit have been helping me a lot to keep a track on my activeness. However, I believe in this that diet constitutes about 80% and workout constitutes about 20% in managing and maintaining a healthy weight. I tried even Nootropics to manage my weight. But since I have been following the 80 % and 20 % part I have seen a great improvement in my scales.

Thank you for sharing what is helping you with your weight management program.

I recall my former primary physician telling me the same thing. Hopefully, others may be inspired to try this formula.
