Actually celery isn't too bad. I just cooked a bunch of it with my chicken tonight. Sorry, nothing is left to show you.

I like it in things, and will grab it if it's on a veggie platter.  However, I don't often just think about snacking on it.  Carrots I'm definitely not into.  Even when making soup and starting with the mirepoix I'm not all that fond of carrot.
