Hello to you all.
I would like to share with you all my 1/3 of the way to my weight loss goal.
My journey started on the 1st of January (I know, weight loss as a resolution. How corny lol). I was 160kg (352.75lb). My wife and I started eating healthy and doing light exercise. This soon turned into challenging each other to activity tracking and seeing if we could out do each other. (My wife is much smaller than I am so handicaps are set.)
We weigh in every Sunday and do body measurements.
This week, I am 1/3 of the way to my goal of 90kg up to the end of the year.
I have lost a total of 24.6kg (54.23lb) in 71 days
I would love to see you all share your progress stories with me.

Congrats! I'm probably around halfway to my ultimate goal. I'm basically 100 pounds down from last year (although 150lbs down from my top weight) with more than 100 pounds to go.
Oh, and between you and your wife you could either do % of weight lost, or % to goal. Although as a rule men usually have an easier time than women in losing weight. It is wonderful that you are doing it together.

My wife is halfway to her goal. She will certainly reach hers before me.
Without her, i would still be the rolley polley you see in the first picture.
She is my motivation and inspiration and there is no harm in some good competition he he
