Hello FitBit Community!
I am ready to be healthy. I got my tonsils removed my senior year of high school and during the recovery period, I lost so much weight (47 pounds)! I was so happy to feel and look so good before college. But during my 5 year stint at college, I fell off the wagon and gained a decent amount of the weight back. The freshmen 15 with the same compounded interest rate of my student loans, wahhhh.
But now I am ready to change that and get back down. I am very active but I have a hard time advance planning meals and finding time to work out with a busy/hectic work and social life. It is all about balance and that is the one thing I cannot manage.
I think working out in the morning is going to be hardest part. My evenings are sporadic and I end up working out 2-3 times a week, but during winter, I work out 6 nights a week due to cold weather. I travel A LOT for work and pleasure. I average being on a flight every 2-3 weeks.
Any advance for how to get motivated for the mornings?
How can I combat travel convenience and timing to get through this? Alcohol, food and fun are the staples of my industry and the demise of my success!
I need to know I can do this. I am ready to get past this so I can keep moving forward.
I know making this a social aspect of my life will change how I do this, please feel free to friend me!
Thank you for your input!

Thanks girl! Glad you are onboard!
That is a valid point. I usually walk up and down the concourses once I find my gate.. and then run across the airport when they change it! My biggest issue is company dinners where we sit and eat for 3 hours at a time. I always order something light for the meal, but mainly its all the other things and alcohol. Wine for days.
