Every winter I gain weight like I turn bear or something.
I lost over 24 pounds last year but I wasn't near my goal..Sadly I gained all that back and then some.
I need to be challenged and I need some people to push my buttons and make me competitive.
It works with me, And I need that nudge.
Add me please if you can help ,or you need my help also.

It stays a challenge to trust our bodies appetite / hunger / satisfied signals. Changing food habits gradually so they take over from old habits. That snack in the evening may be due out of habit if just eaten a epic meal until comfortably satisfied.. or if eaten to little during the day it can be out of hunger..
Being aware when eating, how you feel, are you a little hungry? Still feeling comfortably satisfied? Could eat just a little bit more.. or knowing not being able to eat until tomorrow, could have a bit more now (of the good things)..
Trying listening to your precious body when it needs more nutritients / food.. what it needs / when it needs, how much.. (it's very clever).
Had one coffee and a piece of fruit today and still feeling fine, mostly get hungry later in the evening, following the food plan, would allow to eat lots in the moment, while the body refuses and whispers 'we're fine now'.. no need to force feed, it balances out with getting more hungry.. sending appetite signals..
See which foods leave you most satisfied, or still being hungry after eaten lots from..
