Need help, under calorie goal

I generally have no problem hitting my 1200-1500 calorie minimum per day. Today however I just haven't felt the urge to eat much. I just finished dinner and I'm only at around 900 calories. I never end a day this low. I wouldn't be as concerned but I've burned close to 1000 calories just exercising alone and I'm worried it may have a negative effect on my weight loss. Is one day okay? Thanks in advance 🙂

Just like over eating one day isn't going to kill you, under eating one day won't. When I have days where I'm not hungry I usually sip on juice or another non-soda drink that has some calories in it. Cause if I'm not hungry there is no forcing me to eat, but drinking I can manage a bit.

I don't worry about days I undereat, I try to get a sense of when I'm genuinely hungry and when I'm not - that's so I learn to not eat when I'm not hungry - and if I'm not I don't see the point in forcing myself to eat. Doesn't happen to me that often, though, in any case. Smiley Frustrated But my appetite does vary from day to day.
