I've had my fitbit for a couple of months now but have only started using it properly within the last couple of weeks... but it's a lonely journey and I need some motivating friends. Feel free to add me!
I'm working on reaching 10,000 steps per day, and using couch to 5k to get me back to a solid 5k run. Hoping to run a 10k by late February.

Listen to your body, if not feeling up to exercise / feeling sore.. allow to rest to prevent overtraining or needing longer term recovery..
Build up gradually

A good start is half the battle, usually the harder half. The fitbit is a great tool...you can use it for motivation and monitoring, and obviously there is a community you can interact with that helps if you feel all alone in your journey. Good luck.

Thank you! I have a hard time sticking to any kind of diet or activity so I think this will be really good for me.. 🙂

Me too. I need some workout buddies to keep me on track to workout 2-3 times a week. Any physical activity counts. I've quit and restarted many times. Exercise is blah for me. Please help! Thank you.
