Hello everyone, like everyone on here Im on a journey to be healthier and thinner, I started going to the gym and was going 3 times a week, then wham I got a bad cold and got out of the cycle of going to the gym. But at the doctors he thinks my protein intake is low. I was wondering what can I use to increase my protein level? I need something fast and easy I start work at 4 am. Thanks in advance.

Aloha Cutecurlsnpearl,
Like you I am up at 4 am...and it's tough to eat that early in the morning. I always go through the drive through Starbuck's and order a vente nonfat latte. This gives me 22% of my daily target protein of 46 g. Ye$...not something one can do on a budget. It would be worth investing in an expresso machine.
I also suggest tracking the food you eat on supertracker.usda.gov. This can tell you what foods are the most protein rich and how much you need based on your daily calories target. You can get a nutrient report on the food you eat...boy did that open my eyes...and I thought I was eating healthy!

I have a protein shake in the morning. There are some low fat ones.
I use MRM Chocolate. I add almond milk and some sugar free syrup

I have three different low carb protein shakes at my desk, so I just come in a little before everyone else, shake one up, and enjoy it while I ease into my morning.
Isopure and Combat both make some amazing flavors.
