Hi everyone
I am a 31 year old female from NZ. I have had my fitbit for about a year and although I have been wearing it most days I have been using it more as a watch the last few months. and have actually put on almost 7kgs since I got it :/. My goal is both weightloss about 15kgs ( I think that converts to about 30 pounds to non metric users 🙂
I am looking for some friends to do some challenges to try and get some motivation to move more. I work full time which pretty much involves sitting in front of a computer all day. My goal is at least 10000 steps per working day and more on the weekend. So please add me on jayandpam@xtra.co.nz.

I sit all day as well and I live in Texas so I have to wait till about 7pm to start out the door. Takes me over an hour of walking to get my steps in. It isn't easy but you feel better once your done. Just gotta decide that you're gonna get those steps in and don't let your brain talk you out of it!
