New to FitBit!

Hello!!

 

I am new to fitbit and would like some new friends to help challenge myself. I'm in my early 20's and am looking to lose about 50-60 lbs! Any encouragement will help me! Also looking for some good meals/snacks to help with weightloss.

Hi Kfischer!

 

I'm in the same boat as you. Early 20's, looking to lose about 50 pounds. I've had my Flex for about...3 days... and I love it already! It gets me super competitive knowing how many steps I've walked. I want to beat my previous days and others in the challenges! 

 

Have you ever looked into SkinnyTaste.com? It has some GREAT food options and I don't feel terrible eating them (even things like chicken parm and mac n cheese!). That's what I'm using now and in the past. I like that it lets me eat foods I'm familair with, but she has lightened them up quite a bit.
