Hello! I am a novice runner, novice dancer, and trying to lose 40 lbs to reach a healthy BMI. Weight loss isn't new to me, but success will be. It's been a long time since I've done well with both exercise and nutrition, and I'm trying to keep a new healthy lifestyle with my FitBit Flex.
