Time is an excuse for many.... if you really want it, you would find ways to devote time for exercise.... though the success lies in kitchen (what you eat ) ☺

And also we eat with out eyes (I'm a huge culprit with this) it's hard to get into a good eating routine but repetitiveness gets you there
