Just wanted to say "hi!"
I got my fitbit about a week ago and have been figuring it out a bit. Can anyone tell me how they like it as a tool for weight loss?

@FJD118 congrats on your decision to track your fitness and lead a healthier life. I personally have been using fitbit products (One, Flex, Force, and Aria) since May 2013 and love them. As with anything available to the consumer market they are estimates and need to be taken with a grain of salt. That being said, I have used Fitbit (to track calories burned) and MyFitnessPal (to track calories eaten) along with a Garmin Forerunner 210 GPS watch (not needed but I am a tech gadget junkie) and am currently 70lbs lighter than my starting weight. Still have 55 pounds to go but I have found the above combination to be greatly beneficial to spur my weightloss/healthy lifestyle change.
