I must tell you using the fitbit does help you lose those inwelcome pounds, however, there are things (distractions) that you must conquer on your way to a better feeling and looking you! Maybe, if you're interested, I can let you know what they are. I found that these distractions to be key in losing weight. Welcome aboard Girl. And good luck!

I admire your sincere analysis. I believe your attitude is excellent and offers hope for your future IF you adopt certain tactics. The first tactic I am speaking of is the log. A log is a very simple document which will take 30 to 40 seconds to complete. It should be kept near the scale in the bathroom. The primary objective of the log is to confirm adherence and eventually goals. Other columns on the log are the activity, the time in the activity, how you felt, a comment, or a note. At the end of the first 30 days, the log will be self explanatory as to importance for the present and the future. Of course, doing nothing will also record a zero in all columns on the log. If you require more elaboration, contact me.

Your story indicates you do not adhere to good principles of weight loss which would include a detailed log so you can constantly refer to baseline behaviors.

I'm always open to connections that can maintain a 8,000 to 12,000 average. Anything lower than 8,000 doesn't motivate me, and anything over 12,000 is out of my league.
