I'm to figure this whole thing out, i've been calorie counting for about 2 weeks now, and so far i feel like i'm doing ok, i've lost

3.7 in 14 days, but i'm having trouble tracking my food. I live in spain but i am english, for me to track food with bar codes i need to have my location in spain, but i don't want my laugage to be in spainish, how can i do this? Secondly i seem to be under budget everyday, is this normal? I've weighed all ingredients and entered as correctly as possible but i don't feel like i'm missing 300/ 400 calories per day as that's how much it's stating i've got left to eat per day. For reference i started at 124 kg and i'm 5.5. Can someone help me out with all this?

Welcome to the Forums @Marie-anna! Seems like you are doing great thus far, keep it up!

As for the language, it should be possible to have the database as the one for Spain but have your app and everything in english, it really depends on the settings on your phone. Do you use the app on your phone?

Being under-budget is okay, from my experience. Unless you have a specific calorie target, the budget will evolve with how much you move around during the day so if you walk more then you should get a bigger "alloweance' of calories on your budget. As long as you are covering all the basics and nutrients and not starving I'd say you are doing just fine!

Be sure to stick around, I'm sure there are a lot of other users that'd be happy to share more details and guide you. We have several good threads around with general tips and best practices that you can check.
