Oops :P

Fancy burger and fries from the Works for dinner. Haven't splurged all week so it was good. Really hit the spot.

Came home and logged an estimate of what I had for dinner and get this message "Whoops! You're 1142 over your daily goal of 1127cals. Burn more calories to get back to your goal."

Ha...ha.... Oops 😛 Welp, guess I'm back on the wagon tomorrow

Hi @Wonton - I had a great burger tonight too! You have a very low daily calorie limit, so I am sure that it is really easy to blow through it. That said, yes... Tomorrow is a new day. Food is one of the great pleasures in life. Dint try to deprive yourself, just try to eat responsibly most of the time. It's all good!

I agree! I don't  have a burger every night but when I do I enjoy.

When we go out I try to watch it and not over do. But Pizza and burgers will always be there. I'm not going to give them up, I will enjoy on occasion. I will fill up on Salad first

I had a similar encounter with Carl's Jr, even the low carb burger can throw off your entire caloric budget!

Oh well, tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to make it better.

We can do better!

I had a blow out yesterday! Was my mums birthday, so i allowed it just this once.

Still managed to loose 200grams overnight, so my body managed it just fine 🙂

A blow out once in a while is fine, keep you sane!

Yep, I also enjoy a burger and fries every now and then, and to be honest, I've eaten a couple more in the last few months. Robot Embarassed What I try to do to control my whim is to award myself with a burger, milkshake or slice of pizza 1-2 times a month. It's hard but it has worked for me.
