Paul Mckenna

Hi

Im new this week and was just wondering if anyone else is using the fitbit to up their activity while following the Paul Mckenna plan to control their food? I did quite well with losing weight on his system before my last pregnancy but just never really got back to it after my little one was born though i did manage to maintain that weight loss. Anyone else out there?

Hi there, i'm not using his method currently, i'm definitely calorie counting, however as soon as i hit maintenance i'll be using his way for sure. I read his book a few years ago and really like the intuitive way of eating. Good luck

good luck to you too Smiley Happy I like that its a way to live without second guessing myself all the time, i have a tendency to get a bit caught up in counting points or calories and ending up doing badly because im overthinking!
