Hi
Im new this week and was just wondering if anyone else is using the fitbit to up their activity while following the Paul Mckenna plan to control their food? I did quite well with losing weight on his system before my last pregnancy but just never really got back to it after my little one was born though i did manage to maintain that weight loss. Anyone else out there?

Hi there, i'm not using his method currently, i'm definitely calorie counting, however as soon as i hit maintenance i'll be using his way for sure. I read his book a few years ago and really like the intuitive way of eating. Good luck

good luck to you too I like that its a way to live without second guessing myself all the time, i have a tendency to get a bit caught up in counting points or calories and ending up doing badly because im overthinking!
