Preferred calorie deficit.

I am looking for feedback and other's experience with how much of a deficit was sustainable for your weight loss using the Fitbit food plan.

Hello @davidrossdvc and welcome to the Community.  I think a lot depends on individual traits, but I have only been able to sustain a 250 calorie deficit, even though I can have a larger daily deficit from time to time.  Our BMR is estimated based on individual traits, so we can only burn more calories per day with more activity.  Guess what!  That just makes me more hungry!  Also, as an adult of a certain age, it's important to eat foods that meet certain minimum nutrients.  More extreme calorie restriction makes it harder for me to meet my requirements.
