Or will the doing volleyball hopefully work it off also I do take medicine that's making me hungry so I'm hoping the change will make me less hungry any advice would be great

A less competitive game may help you burn somewhere between 85 to 130 calories, depending on the person's weight and how long you played for.
cutting down some weight a lot have a huge toll to play in our intakes. so if you're going to do a much more competitive game a good half an hour all weekend that is about 120 to 170 calories. still you have to watch your intakes.

Weight loss and weight gain isn’t the result of 1 day, 3 days or a week. Both are the result of a sustained behaviour over months and years.
so long as it doesn’t become a sustained behaviour and you “get back on program”, the odd planned day off once or twice a month can aid motivation.

Hi @RockinRach -- I hope the volleyball tournament went well. In a way, I think your post is less about what happens if you have a few crappy meals (not that much if they are exceptions to your regular eating pattern), than it is about how to find good food when traveling. Often you can pack a meal or two for road trips, but when you have to 'grab and go' a grocery store will give you more options than most places. Even a cold sandwich from the store paired with a piece or two of fruit or berries would likely be an upgrade over most fast food or gas station meals.
