Hello! I was just wondering who here eats Quest Bars? Whats your fave flavor? How often do you eat them? Im new to them as of last week and seem to really like them. Im trying all the flavors so I dont buy a big box of 1 and hate them. So far the apple pie and smores are my fave!

Don't eat them at all.
Eat an apple instead.

I checked out the nutritional content on their website. While I've never been a fan of protein bars because they typically contain more sugar than actual protein, Quest bars only contain 1g of sugar and 21g of protein. Artificial sugar (they use Stevia) is controversial to some and I'm just going to assume you've given it some thought and are okay with it. Beyond the Stevia the only alarming thing on the nutritional label - to me, anyway - is the 210mg of sodium per bar.
As for flavor, I did read some reviews. Flavors for protein bars are never going to taste like the real thing. The last time I had a protein bar it was a chocolate/peanut butter (my favorite combo!) bar. It wasn't a Quest bar, I can't recall the brand, but it tasted like eating cardboard with some peanut butter and chocolate smattered on it. If you like them, and you're okay with Stevia, there are certainly worse protein bars you can eat.
Natural proteins without any added sugar are always of course best, but if you're looking for a quick protein boost on the go, you could always just dump some protein powder into a bottle of water.

Im not one to eat protein bars. But why not have a go at making something yourself?
