So, I have been wearing a fitbit tracker for just over 2 weeks now. It has pretty interesting results!
It says my average caloric burn is 2200, using the results from the tracking it has done in the last 2 weeks. I track all my food and the activities that it won't accurately track (such as spin class), I manually enter. Although I will tend to enter it so it doesn't boost my caloric burn too much...for instance, after a hard weight session, I may record it as moderate effort. I don't want it to overestimate.
Does this mean this would be my real maintenance calories? Entering my stats on any online calculator says my maintenance is around 1800? Does anyone know?

I'm assuming the activity level you input into the online calculator was fairly basic 'Activity level? light, moderate, heavy?' If so, it might be much less accurate than the fitbit number (since you input specific numbers).

Really depends on the activity. After a spin class I knwo my ride was very vigorous because of the wattage on the display from the bike. So I can enter is accurately that way. As for the other activities, the only ones I enter are the ones the fitbit won't pick up. Such as weight lifting. Running and walking I have left up to the tracker itself.
