How can i lose belly fat?

Unfortunately, we can't chose to lose fat from a specific body part,  All we can do is lose weight period.

And the only way to do that is by watching what you eat and consuming less calories than you burn.   Exercise is great for your health, but on its own it is almost impossible to counteract overeating.  If you eat 1,000 calories too many each day then you need to walk 10 miles (every day) to just stay the same weight, and another 5 miles a day to lose a lb a week.   Given how difficult it is to burn fat the best solution is not to overeat in the first place.....
