I am contemplating upgrading my scales. I currently have one which uses a USB to transfer the data to my PC. But the new one which measures weight, body fat %, visceral fat scale, skeletal muscle mass, resting metabolic rate and BMI does not have the facility to transfer data. Does any have or know where to get a spreadsheet which will show loses etc. So at a glance you can see weekly comparisons.

Do you have excel on your computer? If so set up your own.

 

Google doc's has spreadsheets as well. I also googled weight loss spread sheets and there are a ton out there already available
